One of the worst company to deal with. We went by the brand name & ordered relying on their sweet talk & promises. Had to pay all the money in advance & inspite of my request, I was never given any document(like order acceptance) proof for my order.
The delivery of materials took one and half months( delivery assured was 15 days) and installation took one month( assured was 3 days). Believing on their assurances, we shifted our residence from Coimbatore to Bangalore and we had to manage without kitchen for one and half months.Even now, minor portions of loft is kept uncovered and inspite of repeated followup, they never came. I got frustrated and givenup. My big mistake was I didnot chechup their service quality before going for this.
