I am one of Sleek's new customers. We got our kitchen made through you in our new flat in Gundech Premiere -Thakur Village - Kandivali-East, Mumbai.
Though the installation is done there are some glitches( cracked Tray and misaligned trolley) which needs to be rectified. Also I had requested an additional shelf to be placed in the loft, for which I have already paid additional amount.
I had been promised by your operation manager Sandeep(9167744508) that it would be done by 3rd week of December, which didn't happened. after following up he promised me another date of 1st Jan and that again was not kept. when I contacted him again yesterday( 4th Jan), he was completely oblivious to the fact that the work was not completed. Again he promised me that it will be completed by 5th Jan. Today when I tried reaching him to get an update, his phone was switched off. After speaking to his colleague Skashaya(9167744513) I learnt that the material is yet to be delivered.
My initial interaction with the Sleek team has been excellent but it is very unfortunate that I am having to go through these. I had even given them a excellent rating on feedback form, which I highly regret now.
Besides resolving my issues I would want Sleek to initiate an inquiry and take appropriate action.
