This is the shop @ Bangalore (Parangipalya) close to Bangalore BESCOM office in HSR Layout. The shop owner name is Alex / Dipu ( Mobile No: +91 973 126 6367). DO NOT GO FOR THIS SHOP. They will call you and provide home service as long as you promised to take any product. After that they will take the full money in advance and for the product, you have to follow numerous times. Very unreliable and unprofessional. They will not deliver anything on time, numerous follow up required.
Most of the times they will not even pick up the phone. I have paid some 2600 rupees for some 3 months cleaning service and some other stuff, they took the full money in advance and then after 3 months, nothing happened. Not even a single service received.
Now, I am asking for refunding the money and they are not agreed to give it back.
