Company is making good dental products. The company has big plans for healthcare segments. Generator design is company's strength. Company has a good team, but getting demotivated. Near about 45 existing people right now. Near about 25 people have left in less than 1 year
Company do not believe in giving offer letter, joining letter, payslips, relieving letter - after all only 3 years has passed for the company. If you insist for relieving letter, after 10 days of begging u will get something of no use. Only 3 years has passed, so company is still in the process of finalizing the pay slip.
Md is too busy in the company progress and not in making employee-employer relationship policy. No pf account. Employee must be commuted to stay in the company until break even. You leave before break even, you do not get anything.
