I m fed up!!. The people enthusiastically joined this company, sacrificed their salaries for the companys good. with the promise that one day they will be official share holders, and currently, your part of the salary is being adjusted as an equity. Such guys are working here since 2.5 yrs without payslips and valid appointment letters.

Few of them left leaving behind their investments in cash. No one have been given proper reliving letter and experience certificates which they can present it elsewhere. The CEO thinks that doing such things, he will b able to stop guys from leaving the company.

How can everyone who have left gets a rubbish reliving letter indicating that the guy did not do well?
