It is not a hospital, It is SAMSAN GHAT. There patient cure ratio is very less I have horrible experience with this Ganga Ram hospital.
Following are the negligence point
1) Doctor will not provide the clear picture for patient and what is there root map to cure the patient.
2) Doctor will tell only one step move vision for patient.
3) Doctor will not ready to talk friendly, positively and they will show that have busy and no time to talk positively about patient
4) Nurses are less experience and overloaded with work.
5) Nurses has less communication skill in Hindi and English( which will harms patient very deeply)
6) AND Last doctors make measure mistake, due to this patient life get in risk.
My relative admitted there for ENDOSCOPIC TEST, this test help to identify the cancer.
My Patient had only dought and she didn’t have cancer. During testing Doctor made measure mistake, Due to mistake my relative got blood leakage in abdomen and deficiency of HB(blood). Next day my relative got serious problem. The doctor told us to manage two unit of blood and also the problem with patient.
NOW see the Doctor hype they and informing us that previous ENDOSCOPIC was not correctly done they want to repeat us. How a person will allow us to do the same mistake again we told them we don’t want and we want to move away from GANGA RAM SAMSAN, Next day we moved our relative to SAFDERGANJ HOSPITAL where we got proper treatment. This was our most panic and fearful experience with GANGARAM SAMSAN.
