On 22nd of April 16, I went to Ganga ram hospital for urology consultation. Since private consultation costs around 800-1200 INR so I opted for general OPD which is far cheaper than private OPD which is just 30 Rs. However for general OPD people start coming very early in the morning and I saw a long queue there. After so much of struggle and spending time in the queue, I managed to get OPD slip and immediately I reach to the room which was mentioned on OPD slip around 10:30 AM. I was shocked to see no doctor was available the room.
When I checked with a attended who was sitting outside told me that doctor has left to see his private OPD. I told him how an he leave before time whereas he supposed to see patients between 9 am - 11 pm in general OPD. But he replied in return that he can't do anything since he is a low grade employee.
