Booking of Flight and purchase of Ticket.
I did it thru Reliance Web World, its fantastic, we have web world in our locality it’s like going to a grocery store and buying your needs. I felt so much relieved and happy to be buying the ticket so easily from a place near to my house.

the Cost
They took Rs.4900 for this flight and they have different fares for different days , when I enquired about another day they said it will cost me Rs.4600, it seems they are not so cheap as I was expecting, they are less than Indian Airlines only Rs.900 which is not much.

the Ticket
It’s a 2 page computer print out with all the details of payment and flight number and the reporting time etc.,
This was a first time for me to see a Airline ticket like that, It was enjoyable the check in was very easy and simple , the X-Ray scanning on the Airport was simple, I was carrying more than 20 Kgs of luggage the staff did not even mention any thing about paying extra baggage charges.

The staff is so young they all looked like they are fresh out of school and their concern and smiles were very friendly.

the Flight
A-320 is a big Aircraft, it was very cozy big and nicely decorated and the craft looked very new for a new airline, the interiors were cool blue and sky blue the seats were very comfortable. I have read some reviews about this Airline on this site that is why I was apprehensive. But I did not find 1 single point to complain, the arrival was on the dot and the departure was on the dot and the journey was very comfortable and cool.

Seating Arrangement
They don’t allot you seat numbers like other Airlines, the passengers are free to sit in their choice of seats, its very convenient if you are traveling with 2 or more people you can sit side by side, this small and simple thing is very useful and by the way it also works on the principle of first come first served basis. Which is good?
The buses to carry from the Airport terminal up to the Aircraft were spacey and good too.

Baggage Handling
No identifying of baggage before boarding the craft, once I had to wait 2 days to receive my baggage because I did not identify by baggage before boarding the bus which takes to the aircraft. This is very tiresome, even the unloading of the baggage on the destination is fast and quick, the baggage tags are issued with numbers, and small efficient things like this give a passenger peace of mind.

the Flight Schedule
It seems they have fixed the schedule of flights as per general demand by public not like other Airlines who go by the convenience of their own.

the Cabin Crew
They were helpful, I saw one of the nice girls taking care of a crying baby and the mother was so much pleased with her and at the time of getting off the plane the mother thanked with a wide smile on her face to that girl.

Even the men crew present on the flight was very helpful and cordial; there was choice of food but to be purchased from the crew no freebies. They were giving water free of cost.

Overall I think they need to reduce the cost of their flights more than what they are offering. I am generally satisfied by the overall conditions of this Airline.

It was nice to see Delhi girls being friendly and happy to serve on the flight, where as generally Delhi people are reluctant to give you service anywhere in Delhi or away from it.
