I decided to take Air Deccan cause I wanted to go to kolhapur & it was the fastest way to reach kolhapur.I booked my ticket online. I find that very good even better than jet. As many time you find jetonline booking not working. The ground staff is inexperienced & may be so that more friendly& helpful. No seating arrangements. U can seat anywhere. I got window seat with clear view.

The high point of my travel is when flight takes off u get the best view of bombay. Its breath taking. I said the view not flight.

Airhostess was friendly.& good looking . Landing was good. Food u pay for it. But again food too is value for money.

The overall experience can be summed up like this. You would surely like to travel by Air Deccan for the amount you spend on it. But surely wouldn’t like to be seen travelling in the Airport for the snob value. After the first time around, I have travelled more than a couple of times and have now got used to it. If they improve their service and image, they would go a long long way in becoming Indias truly first and low cost airlines.

I am thinking of taking Bombay-Delhi flight.
