I tried to book ticket from Jaipur to Mumbai from Airdeccan using makemytrip.com. What happened that amount is deducted from my account but ticket not generated (server problem which happened quite frequently now a days). But to get back that amount I called nearly 40 times to customer care in faridabad there toll free number usually cuts every 1 minute so always you get different operater. They didn’t help me. I sent mail 20 times always what I got is auto reply. Some agent told me to sent snap shot of account debited details some told me your money is not with us. After 70 days of continuous effort i got my money back. So I suggest please don’t use online banking with make my trip site otherwise you have to suffer like me.
    Rates commited by these sites are always on a higher side compared to company official website. Better to book ticket from direct site or yatra.com, cleartrip.com
