I booked on Kolkata - Mumbai flight of Deccan. Very conveniently they just sent a message that your flight has been cancelled. My whole schedule was shattered because of this and when I called the customer service. There simple answer was that we can not do anything. Either you take a refund or re shecdule your flight on that also the next day flight was not available. Then I asked for full refund. But they cut some charges and refunded. Now I am just left to first reschedule everything and then keep calling Deccan to give my money back. Seriuosly a very bad airlines. Either some kind regulations need to be put on them or simply people should try and not use these kind of airlines. So always look for substitutes before booking with this airline. Delays with this airline is like a common feature. So that anyways is something you can look for if you are flying Air Deccan.
