Worst university giving false promises. Review on Sikkim Manipal University

I completed my PG through distance learning through SMU.It gave me a tough time. The worst two years of my life. They have no infrastructure to support what they promote. Their offices just shut down n there is no1 you can contact. It is like barking at the walls. No response on the phone numbers provided. The grading system is pathetic. The internal marks r just given randomly n if not anything they will state that the assignment is copied??. When I dnt know any other student from SMU hiw can I copy their assignment. Moreover they do not have anything to support what they claim. I missed the project submission n as a result I had to suffer for 6months as there was no response from the university on what to do next. I called the Kurla office for 6mnths on all the possible numbers provided but all of them receive calls n say wrong number. The mails n the helpdesk number r namesake as you will never get a response. I had asked the procedure of change of chapter and receieved a reply after ages that yesterday was the last day. In my opinion this university shut be shut down as it is only for money making n fooling people wid false promises
