I am pursuing MBA from SMUde and very frustrated with the system as they are not capable of taking right decision at right time every time even after complaining they make mistakes like slum boy.
Problem;
Exam delayed
After a long wait exam held in March'2017 but it was scheduled on daily basis.(you dont't have sense to observe your student target group for example Working professional who hardly get much time to study therefore one day gap must be given)
I called many time to help desk and politely said please adjust your Cellphone/ladline as voice was bursting but today I kept on complaining but the guy din't act accordingly.
I called to helpline number to address the issue to customer care executive on 2nd or 3rd of April. I was assured to log the issue and will be reverted soon. but din't get any call or mail.
We can't save offline lectures which is uploaded by the administration although we were confirmed that the video will be available offline too.
There are multiple issues which is prevailing time to time therefore university should scrutinize the final decision before execution.
