I started premium drinking with ACP, then switched to Imperial Blue and then to Blender's Pride. BP was a good local tharra, low cost and accessible. And then I discovered Signature. I've been drinking Signature since 2003, so that makes it 14 years. It has a sweet taste, a very woody flavour, a character that is missing from the rest of its contemporaries. When I drink it neat, I can taste the strong alcohol flavour, but on the rocks it is sublime! I love this whisky! PS - for those who get a hangover on Signature my advice is - drink responsibly.!- Get yourself a life!
