I have been using Sify Wireless Broadband for more than 3 yrs. At times I used to get problem in the wireless link, but I used to get it recitified by either customer care or Local Service engineer who was there for Sify. Everything was going fine and as I use a prepaid connection I recharged it for 3 Months for Unlimited Plan.
When I tried to login 10 days back, All of a sudden, I got a pop up saying that my account is invalid. I still have 45 days of validity period and I don't know what's the problem..Then I tried to reach Customer Care both in Phone and mails. I didn't get any reply yet.
I got fed up in trying to reach customer care of Sify...I lost half of my money paid to Sify for no reason...I don't recommend Sify for Broadband connections.
