I have been using Sify Broadband services for the last 3 months. The experience is pathetic. Connection tends to get disconnected every now and then. Any fault needs at least 7 days to get rectified or even more.
Even you cannot reach the customer care as it is either busy or don't even respond.
I am facing a problem since last 15 days and still the fault is not rectified. The usual revert on mail from customer care is the back end team will get get back. I guess the whole back end team has gone for a long leave.
