Now, I once used to use Sify. But, after a horrible time; I hardly wasted time to choose a known broadband. Well, I am embarrassed that whenever I used to point out a flaw;all I got was a number to helpline or email.
It hardly had good connectivity and it was hardly economical.
It took me many moments before I realised that Sify hardly pays attention to lay consumers like me.
Well, it also catered to corporate clientele; so naturally, its preference lies with them.
Thankfully, I have changed it for good.
