Customer care service of Sify Broadband is very poor.For last 10 days continuously I am trying Mumbai customer care no. 02202226177460 & 18604253330 but only I get answering machine feedback that ' ALL Our customer care representative are busy , try after some time'....I have renewed my account with 3U12 plan by paying Rs.4031/- for a year in month of April 2013 but on 27/06/2013 my account is disabled by Sify and for last 10 day no one replying on phone and on my email complaints.
I have emailed my problem to gomathi.sitaram@sifycorp.com & ravi.kumarbv@sifycorp.com customer care Manager but they have also not responded to my mail.........This time Sify customer care experience is very bad for me ----------gawadesr77
