There is no doubt about the machine, it is the best in wash and ease of use. BUT BUT...siemens service is the worst of any brand in India. I have 4 other major brands at home for different usages, but i have not seen such dirty service as siemens. They will not even come for checking when you call them, it takes minimum 10 calls for service person to come home and another 50 perhaps for getting work done.Please buy a brand for which service is good.Please dont spoil your peace of mind buying any siemens product. My machine is faulty from july 08 and till date nov 08 i have not got any proper response from them.In chennai, they dont have even proper call centre.there are only 2-3 girls and they cant answer any of your queries, they would only repeat "yes we will see to it" what ever you ask them.
