I had purchases a S I E M E N S W M 2 0 2 0 washing machine from Preethi Emporium, Visakhapatnam on 01 - 04 - 2002 for Rupees 20,740 = 00.We did barely use it and all my money paid has
gone down the drain for trusting an international brand.
Subsequently there was no dealer or distributor or service provider at Visakhapatnam for S I E M E N S Appliances.The glass of the front drum door had been damaged and so far we could not get any service or the spares and the machine is lying idle. Leave alone awailing the guarantee/warranty, I cannot locate or purchase the required spares.The seller expressed inability to help as there is apparently no support from the manufacturer.What a pity-SIEMENS?A fly-by-night company, is it?-I just thought I would try my luck on the net.----------------------------------------------------------------------------
