hai i have bought siemens washing machine before a week.i opted siemens for the good words of mouth from my friends and infact from mouthshut reviews.
ADVANTAGES OF THE MACHINE:
    *comparatively occupies less space
    *sound free machine
    *user friendly working operation
    *a high quality wash
    *takes proper  usage of detergent


the machine is awesome.iam highly satisfied with its performance.the downside is the cost and ofcourse i feel like there is no mistake to invest 2000 extra for the best quality machine.i really dont know much about the customer service.the wash programmes are perfect and it takes time accordingly.i have  tested couple of programmes wherein the output is marvellous .
  so for so good and ofcourse this would be the short span of time to decide the quality of siemens.i always trust the quality of this imported product.the best part i could see the best performance even in the hard water.
