The machine had been purchased at Pune Branch on 1/07/2003.
As

per the information from Hyderabad Branch the machine was shifted from Pune to Hyderabad on December 2006.No complaint had been registered at Pune Branch till the date. Also the de-installation & re-installation had not been done by us.
Regarding the failure of the spares, there is no failure of any Electrical or Electronic Components. The failure of Bearing, Seal & Drum-cross depends upon the water hardness, detergent used, no. of washes, loading of machine & hence the wear & tear of the machine. Also during transit the machine is supposed to be de-installed by us so that the drum & other inner parts remain safe.
Tools required to open the machine for these repairs is not carried by Engineers as the machine needs to be picked – up at Service Centre. The same was conveyed to the customer.
