Respected Sir / Mam
I visited Shubh Jewlllers situated at the junction near bigbazaar opposite to HDFC Bank , Ring Road, Banashankari second stage, one salesman showed a necklace which my wife showed interest, we actually finalised and ready to pay for the set, when another sales man came in , before we could ask him , like we pay today and take the necklace on Akshaya Trithiya day, he took away the necklace and with arrogant attitude said you come on that day only and buy. The other staff one at the cash counter and other salesman were just watching as though we are doing window shopping. The staff are least bothered about the sale, and probably looking at every customer as though some salesman coming to their doors selling some unwanted product.
Even though Rajesh Exports are making best efforts to market , this showroom staff are least bothered about the sale and do not respect customers. The staff of this particular showroom must learn from vegetable vendors who , do not lost customer even for small amounts like 50 or 100 rupees. The staff here , particularly , the one who attended , is uncultured and taking away the product , can say snatch away as though we are asking him favours. It is disgusting , and we have visited other showrooms of Shubh and never encountered such
hostle situation by the staff except this one in BSK II STage.
Shubh jewellers must also select franchisee who are cultered , not only investing, and will be a black mark on rajesh exports encouraging such investors who do act in a way as though some one has come to their doors
Asking for credit. It was hard cash wh ich we carried and that stupid salesman ignored a sale to the tune of 30gms. Later on, when we discussed this issue with some of our friends, they too have come across such incidences at this showroom in BSK III Stage. It is high time Rajesh Exports , select Franchisee 's keeping in mind , organisational behaviour, corporate communication and not signing for franchisee who have the capacity to invest and have work experience only as small time jewellers in labour class areas. Anyone who want to experience such a situation like, you are not in a showroom managed by corporates but in a slum area buying vegetables from a push cart vendor, go ahead.
