I am sharing a similar experience.
We booked i10 grand sportz with Shreenath Hyundai.
The initial interaction was heart warming and very approachable.
We choose star dust colour because the sales person said it is readily available. We submitted all documents from ID(original) photos, signed RTO papers and possible required papers. We also made the payment from our side and decided to go for SBI loan for remaining amount.
We were informed that the loan person will collect all the documents from our residence.
THE DELAYING and casual attitude began from here. No body turned up the following day. My husband on the next day went personally and handed over the documents to the showroom manager. After that a person to handle my loan case was assigned. This person asked for all possible papers which I duly submitted. He never ever informed that though loan EMI will be via ECS, state bank requires 6 cheques and the franking amount at the time of signing the papers.( 2nd casual attitude)
I then received a mail 2 days before the delivery date that your vehicle is assigned for that date( happily we presumed that is the delivery date.)
I day prior to the delivery date another sales person called up asking for original ID document and signed RTO papers( which I had given on the very first day). when I told him that I have submitted all the documents, this fellow went searching for them( 3rd casual approach). Eventually the showroom missed on the delivery date. To add to my frustration nobody ever communicated of the delay, the sales person who met us on the first day said the accessories haven been fixed. the second sales person said the papers have gone for registration today and will take 4-5 working days.
Yes as mentioned in one of the reviews they will do anything to meet their targets. Once all the payment is done they conveniently take it for granted that it is the customer's responsibility to pursue the matter.
