I had bought two tihings from Rediff. First time a Casio watch for a friend in taiwan and he is very much exicited that I could buy some thing he is looking for long. The seller after two week of order  came back and said the Item is out of stock and they took sweet 2 months to return the money.
 The second time I bought a USB pen drive which they mentioned that it will be delivered with in 7-10 working days But I got call from the courier company after 1 month saying that the Item has arrived, I refused to take the delivery.But the site is still ot updated even after one month of refusal. In between I spoke to the customer care. they told that they can do nothing once the order is approved. They only told to to refuse the consignment an post the feed back. If you are looking to buy some thing from rediff please be ready to take things like these.
