Let me quote this "Rediff is the worst online shopping site" . I was thinkin about buying a mobile from their site Thank goodness
i didn’t .
First i tried a test buy by buying a toy robot from Rediff.shopping.com Please see the link below

After two weeks the product arrived as I wasn’t at home .My family member paid for the package delivered by tnt
when i came back to home after opening the box i got a real suprise The product sent
does not even resemble the product offered on site.The product sent was a grey plastic robot which was worth less
than 100 Rs with the name potency robot .While on site the product is
said as robo wisdom. On the box recieved , No where is the name robo wisdom mentioned
nor does the product look anything close to that seen on site.
Thank goodness i lost 315 bucks only I would suggest y’all always test the shopping sites by buying a lower price product u would know the quality of Service of that site and loose a lot less money too :)
Furthurmore those smart rediff guys have kept a feedback the vendor/seller by which u can rate the seller but u can do this feedback only if u buy something but i had bought the product and the feedback link didnt work at all. So Good luck gettin back at the seller . This a big Fraud Circle which involves both Rediff & Vendor together .
The customer support doesnt exist at all after nearly 4-5 complaints about the product and 15 days later
