I purchased a Bluetooth headset on the 30th of December 2007 order number - 4290381. As usual the shopping website asked me for my Credit
card details which I trusted and entered it. After a day I recieve a mail stating that for security reasons I should FAX a copy of my Credit card and bank Statement (SOUNDS VERY SECURE). I called the customer support guys and informed them to cancel the order as I didnt want to send my Credit card details, for which they readily accepted. After nearly 23 calls from my mobile I got a confirmation that my order was cancelled. I sent them an E-mail to confirm my cancellation. Three hours later after I send my mail to cancel the order, I get a confirmation mail that my order is approved and is being Dispatched. After another 26 Calls (STD FROM MY MOBILE) they assured me the order is cancelled and I will not be charged. 2 Days later I see a charge on my credit card.
To Let everyone Know they cancelled the product after 8 worring days.
SO I AM REQUESTING EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SHOP ON REDIFFSHOPPING.COM
