With this review, I would like to share some facts about Shoppers Stop which you need to keep in mind before you shop from there. I would really recommend not to shop from there, because it’s really really not worth.
This happened couple of months back a friend of mine bought a fairly expensive pair of sneakers from there and after wearing it for just one it became very loose, also it was giving a nasty bite. So we thought we will go and return it back. We explained the issue to the customtakeouter service manager and guess what; he behaved in such a way that we have committed a crime. He was so rude and UN accommodative(don’t know from where they get such A 's as managers). He was in no mood to listen to anything and blankly said its all your fault and we can’t do the exchange(it’s clearly written in the bill that we can exchange the product in case of issues within 14 days).
We had no choice and returned home utterly disappointed, but decided that we are gonna teach them a lesson. Very next week similar issue happened to another friend of mine, this time what we did was we deliberately damaged the purchase beyond repair and gave it back. This time they didn’t have a choice and had to exchange it
So guys the thumb rule is that never be honest with these cheaters, you will lose out. If you find a small problem in your merchandise, make sure you tear it off completely and show significant damage so that they will have no choice but to give you exchange. No point of being honest with dishonest people and you have give TIC for TAC
Also the sales out there is really pathetic, you will see pure junk and quality will be$#@$#%, better give that money to charity than buying something on Sale in Shoppers Stop
Also prices are at least 20% higher, you can check it for yourself all brands are priced 20% higher in Shoppers Stop than most malls
So friends keep away from these guys, if you are getting gift vouchers of Shoppers Stop from your employer as then to give sodexo, it can be done easily. I am telling from my experience
