I had purchased a Guess Sunglasses worth Rs. 4550/- from the shoppers stop at the Bangalore Airport in the last week of August'12. The lens had come out due to the poor/soft Case provided with the Sunglasses and the frame had slightly bent.
Reference no:98, Brand: GUESS, Submitted on 14th Sep'12 to Gautham at the Srvice Desk.
I had given the Sunglasses to Shoppers Stop at Gopalan Mall(Opp RMZ) on 14th Sep'12 and till Date I have come to Gopalan Mall twice to check the status and called a million times to hear false claims.
You had a resource called Gautham who I had submitted the Sunglasses to and he seems to have left Shoppers stop after a few weeks and the status of my sun glasses is so messed up that I have been told that it was sent to Mumbai and returned back as I wanted it to be serviced for free(NOT TRUE, I WANTED TO KNOW THE COST OF THE CHANGES IF APPLICABLE AND I WAS DIRECTLY SAID BECAUSE IT IS 800 RUPEES WE HAVE SENT IT BACK TO BANGALORE)
I go to shoppers stop after a few days on receiving to collect my Guess Sunglasses and I come to know that it is not there and Gautham has Quit so Alex from Shpoppers Stop tells me its in Mumbai and we did not call you.
I told him Okay Fine, kindly get it repaired even if its Rs. 800. this happened on Mid of October'12.
On having no status I had escalated this to Manoj on his mobile number and then I have spoken to Alex 3 times since then and all I hear is I dont have complete information and I will call you tomorrow.
Not hearing from Alex again I called him on 4thNov'12 and he tell me the same story "I dont have complete information and I will call you tomorrow" and I had informed him that I am leaving Bangalore on Thursday 8thNov'12.
Not hearing from anyone again, I called to check the status again and Alex is on leave. Manoj is on Leave as per Shalini who gave me your email ID and did not reveal any other Escalation point / number.
I am so fed up of this casual attitude that is shown towards me. I am expecting my Sunglasses back and repaired. Is it too much to Ask for? It has been almost 2 months now and its not my problem is the resource has quit if someone is on leave.
