We have applied for Company registration with Shiv Law House in April 2012 & they asked for 5000 Rupees. We have paid Rs 5000 by crossed cheque. They send us some documents to sign up but due to some clauses on those documents we were not ready to go ahead with it.
During this we have called to Mr Ramesh Sharma many times who runs the shiv Law House. He said these are mandatory clauses and he is unable to do any changes in the clauses so at last we decide not to go ahead with it with these clauses. On top of all this, he did not say anything about this affidavit or clauses before getting the money. When we said we are not going with it, he (Mr Ramesh Sharma) start using abusive language & showing his High Court influence. After all this we were quite stick on our own decision & we want our money back (Rs 5000). He Said, I am High court Lawyer, here to make money not to refund it so I will think about it.
With this experience, we do not think we should recommend them to anyone. Address of that fraud company mention below.
