Unreliable Company. Review on Shirke's Kitchen Interior, Pune

We made our kitchen and bedroom furniture with Shirke's. They made agreement and sent mail about the laminates to be used. However first they cud not deliver the product on tym . Delayed by more than a month. Then tbey did not deliver what was finalised. Changed the material on their own . When asked abt the changes refused to even consider and spoke in rude and unacceptable way. Their mktg man Imran is a absolute crook who too away our flat keys on the pretext that he might hv to visit site many tyms in our absence which he hardly ever did and has not returned it till date. At the tym of handover many finishing work was to be done which is still pending. During the process of work they actually harassed us as their team has no coordination and the entire work was supervised by me. Today after two months the door to the tall unit in the kitchen has cm off the hinges as the hinges hv got rust and hv broken. The door has also developed a crack so we can understand how they hv compromised on material. Now they refuse to give any service saying a meagre sum is pending when on the other hand chunk of the money was paid in advance well before the due dates. Very unreliable and unprofessional attitude with no work ethics. Company of rogues. You keep calling them but they behave as if only they hv work and others are free and workless.
