Traveled in Bangalore Chennai Shatabdi 12028 this month, November 2013. Was pleasantly surprised with a very decent snack and dinner.
Tea/Coffee was as usual watery, but the dinner and dessert were very good. What was even more surprising was that the attendants were courteous and offered second helping on certain items when requested.
Seating and push back were comfortable - A/C could have been a little milder, not bad.
