We had been to Hyderabad on 25th Oct 2012 and returned to Pune on 29th Oct 2012.
The train is a very OLD facility.
Though we were travelling by 1st Class AC, the Interiors were worn out and dirty.
Seat covers were torn, few hand rests were broken.
The worst toilets, I have seen in an Executive Coach.
Over-all the trains was not cleaned.
To add further they served horrible food. No taste and quality.
We paid Rs. 1680 per ticket which was a waste of money.
I would never dare to travel by Shatabdi Exp again.
