I had purchased a sharp ac 10 months back. Compared to other brands, I feel the better service and support by sharp, I got 3 free services in this period without registering or make a single call. The service man(vinod) came every 3 months and service the machine and clean the the outer unit also and he also serviced my old ac(carrier 1.5 ton window ac) free of cost.
I don't know the durability and quality of the product.
