Hi this I purchased sharp split AC . First of all its performance not up to mark. Even after ON for 2 hours room doesn't cool. Before one year completed it compressor stopped working. I called to customer care so many time they have not repaired it. wasting money 40 thousand. I suggest not to buy. Now sharp stopped its AC business in India. I am warning you again if you buy this AC you will end up with crying. It is pathetic and worst in both product and service.
