Customer Service from Samsung has been worst and pathetic.I bought a Samsung Double Door Refrigerator with extended warranty by Reliance Digital.A problem resulted during extended warranty service.
A month before, I logged a complaint with customer care.After being reminded about the complaint, an executive visited after a week and said that a part needs to be replaced.Next day he came again and the part replaced by him didn't work properly.I again contacted customer care followed by no positive result from Reliance Digital Group.False promises are being made after sales services.Strict action should result against them as they mentally and financially harass the customers.
