We had booked twice with Sharma travels for Mumbai-Bangalore route, Volvo AC, leaving Borivali in the evening and both the times the bus didn’t arrive at Borivali and we stranded at Borivali. The reason they gave the first time was the bus had some fault and hence the bus was stranded. There was also a sleeper bus to come, which did not arrive as well.  That bus too had some fault and was stranded somewhere. They however did return the money the first time and we had to take the next flight out of Mumbai. The second time, they told us that the bus had already left, inspite of coming well in time. I had heard Sharma was good between Bangalore-Vashi but this personal experience was the worst experience ever. Their buses don’t come to Borivali, which is supposed to be the starting point. I would recommend no one to ever travel by Sharma on this sector for sure.
