This travel agency is extremely rude, very arrogant and always find fault with the customers.

We went to Sabharwal secunderabad

office and booked a ticket for a Friday night bus for Nagpur. In a haste we did not verify the date the operator wrote on ticket. Because Friday is a Friday is a Friday. The operator called us on thursday night, when we are almost asleep and tells us that our ticket is dated thursday, and bus is departing. All our advanced planning gone down the drain.

Next day i approach them and ask them for a adjustment on Friday’s bus. The operators simply arrogantly refused to listen. These private bus operators have a monopoly of sorts with none to answer to. Not even customers. They refused to give any refunds. They blamed us for all that went wrong.

Regardless of the versions of the stories that all parties can give, a very good reason to not go by Sabharwal travels is simply their arrogance. Because regardless of whose mistake it is, you are to blame. Customer is not king, customer is a gullible idiot for them.
