I traveled from Bangalore - Goa and Goa - Bangalore.

Bangalore to Goa -
It was a not-bad experience. They provided water and some fried rice. The DVD player was also working. The staff

was also good. The bus was also not in a bad condition in terms of cleanliness, AC effectiveness and was not very old.

Goa to Bangalore -
They did not provide any Water saying that on the route of Goa to Bangalore they do not provide the water.
The bus started with 1 hour delay and broke down 3 times in the way to Bangalore.
The driver started the AC after 30 minutes when we told them about the suffocation.
The helpers slept in the Bus Gallery giving you a feel of the passenger bus.
The DVD player was also not working.

It was suppose to reach Bangalore @ 10:30 AM but it reached Bangalore @ 1:00 PM.

 

I feel one must avoid going from Sharma travels. These travel companies do not show any intention to provide you good service. They think that they are charging only for taking us to the destination but do not show any interest in making your journey comfortable.
