I never expected such a third class cheap trick from Sharma Travels wherein they have charged Rs. 1200 per ticket(PNR: WB8GCO1) from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 22nd April 2012 and made us board SNR Travels(with decent bus condition & facility) who charges only Rs. 750 per ticket(AP29 V6318). I had booked 7 days in advance for a window seat No. 12(which is third row from front) but I was made to sit on seat No. J4 which is last but one row from last, just above the tyres. None of the Travel guys from Sharma or SNR were boathered or had any courtesy to answer the questions raised upto them for asking us to board some other travel bus whereas we had booked a ticket in Sharma Travels.
Earlier, Sharma Travels used to charge Rs. 800/ 850 per ticket when compared to its competitors and gave decent facility & good bus condition. Now-a-days they charge more than the average standard of the market along with poor facility and bad bus conditions.
I would strongly recommend not to book your ticket at Sharma Travels and look for a better provider.
