Extremely high brokerage with poor service. Review on Sharekhan

I have been using Sharekhan for many years. In recent years, there have been many discount brokers - Zerodha is one of the biggest. Why many still don't move to discount brokers because of the service brokers like Sharekhan are supposed to provide. But I have had bad experience with Sharekhan and with every passing day there service levels are dipping. I had transferred money from my bank to their trading account 2 days back. It never got credited to Sharekhan account - what is the point of using such a broker? The trading market is closed and yet it has not been credited. You can never rely on Sharekhan - they are even unable to trace your transaction. You have to manually send them your bank statement, transaction details everything! Even post that, every time it takes them a day to find details of your transaction and credit the amount!

Also, the brokerage is very high for such a service. If one is anyways getting poor service, it is way better to work with a discount broker.
