I'm using sharekhan's trading and demat account since 2015, I would say it is better in some aspects when compared to my icicidirect account that I'm using since 2010.
Brokerage is on the lower side.
Per lot brokerage fee can be negotiated based on your trading volume in F& O section.
Very good customer support.
Some free trainings will be there for novice traders.

Trading software/platform is not so user friendly compared to icicidierect or hdfcsec.
Recommendations are not very good.
