Lethargic and Unsupportive. Review on Sharekhan

Sharekhan is a big name amongst the stock market traders. I opened an account few years back so that I could make some earning in the equity market . But the service they provide is very slow an because of it I lost my money in the stock market. They offer free trading account with some assistance for daily trading in stock market. The platform they provide is sluggish and to find out real time stock price I had to switch on to other sites. Placing a trade was very difficult because of lethargic platform . Whenever I complained about it, the customer service asked me to check on my internet setting and when I told them everything is fine they would say the network is busy . Due to this taking immediate action was impossible . The stock tips they gave were useless as it used to come to me after the prices became stable. Portfolio management was bad and after my repeated request all they would say that it will be done after some time .
