I opened an account in the sharekhan which is popular in the money market.their brokerage charge is too high when compared to others in the same field.placing a trade is a difficult process because of the pathetic platform.
Their response to our needs are too slow.it makes losses in daily trading.when I tried to complaint about the slowest platform they simply told me that issue was related to poor network used by me.i used high speed internet connection but they simply avoid my arguments.
They only concentrate on making extra charges.i totally disappointed in the performance of sharekhan application and their service.
please check all documents before signing because they may apply hidden charges.
