Well, for a change, here is a serious note on lack of customer support service !
I remain appreciative of Sharekhan but at times of troubles, they have an institutional coldfeet.
Over last
one year, I had on two times, been unable to change my membership password. In another instance, one of my preferred companies was not accessible.
I wrote mails requesting for rectification but no reply was ever made. On the password issue, on all the customer service numbers, the IVR keeps on and no one picks up ! Each time I would be pending 12 to 15 minutes expecting to be taken beyond your call isimportant to us
At all such instances, a personal jugaad of getting hold of somebody through somebody has been the means to solution but that route is not the way Sharekhan should be operating ?!
Clearly they are understaffed or they would like customers with portfolio of lees that Rs.5.00 lakhs to move out ?
