I have been the Sharekhan customer since 2 years.
I have been regretting since the day I traded for the first time on Sharekhan..
Closing the account is tough!! so, still keeping it..
Though I’m a occassional trader, information displayed is inaccurate. Many times I saw zero amount against the shares that I hold. 
Getting information out of the website is pathetic.
Customer service keeps you on hold for infinte time!!.. no one picks up.
Even if someone picks up they don’t know what they are speaking
Navigation through the website is pathetic
many times you get script errors
money transfer will not be successfull for the first time
no clarity on what’s the balance to be paid and they keep sending the digital contracts and no statements or balance payment notices.

Their network is not centralized, if you call a branch office, they will ask you where did you open the account. with the customer id they should know where we opened.. frankly, i don’t know where I opened my account because sharekhan customer rep came to me and collected all the information

Money you transferred stay there without paying any interest and if you want to transfer it when you need it for trading, the transactions fails.

I heard their call-n-trade is good..  again, if you kept on hold for more than 10 mins, how will you trade?. rates keeps changing on a milli second basis..

One of my new year’s resolution is to close sharekhan account asap..

and now I’m trying to submit this review and I cannot!!!.. what a joke!!
"This information is required"!!  what??
