Hello, My self Imran I had worked for serco for just 5 months, I will share my real experience about Serco BPO/Call Center
After completing my HSC, I joined Serco BPO as a customer service associate ( CSA) here I felt that how tough job is it, To receive the calls for 8 hours. Not just answering the calls you have to finish every call within 155 Seconds, Otherwise Team Leader will come and start shouting at you,
It would be count that in 8 hours how many calls you have recieved or answered. If you do not login for 8 Hours, Suppose you loged in for 7 Hours & 50 Minute so it would be half day will not count full day.
Everyone shoud join the call center because here we learn or understand people.
