Why I won?t shop at
Sears again.
Bought a JVC DLP TV, that has a fantastic picture when it works. Sears knew there was a problem with this product when they were selling it. Did they share
this with the consumer, No.
Apparently they don?t really know how to repair the problem, but already JVC has paid Sears repair more than the TV was worth. You can no longer get service from telephone line, and Sears.com, so many nonsensical links just meant to confuse you and not provide substance.
Try and figure out how to get real time, local support, the web info is non existent. Look for names of supervisors, officers? directors, not available. The company is a faceless GIANT worthy of a Kmart style collapse and rebirth. Only in America can a company get bigger by giving broader bad service. Steer clear of this BS.
