IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SEARS TO REPAIR MY $6000.OO AIR-CONDITION UNIT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS WITH NO SUCCESS. SEARS SUCKS AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED. IVE PAID THEM GOOD MONEY TO HAVE MY
HOUSE COOLED AND HAVE NOT EVER GOTTEN A DECENT RESPONSE FROM SEARS OR ITS TECHS. ON REPAIRING MY A/C. MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN SUFFERING IN THIS HEAT WHILE SEARS JERKS US AROUND ON MAKING THE REPAIRS DONE BY A LESS THAN ADEQUATE INSTALL COMPANY. EACH TIME I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER-HELP LINE (WHO DONT HELP A DAMN THING) I GET THE RUN AROUND; PASS ME TO THIS PERSON FROM THAT PERSON. I KNOW SEARS DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT MY LITTLE $6,000.00 COMPARED TO ALL THE MONEY THEY TAKE FROM PEOPLE EVERYDAY; BUT THEY STILL SHOULD RESPECT ME AND THE FAITH I HAD IN THEM AT ONE TIME BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM SEARS OR ANY COMPANY DEALING WITH THEM. IF I TREATED CUSTOMERS THE WAY SEARS DOES I COULD NOT LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SMILE. SO IM HAPPY FOR THOSE THAT HAVE HAD A GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH SEARS I JUST HOPE YOU NEVER NEED TO CALL FOR A REPAIR OR THAT PRODUCT. MY A/C UNIT IS ONLY TWO YEARS OLD WITH A WARRANTY AND THEIR SO-CALLED TECHS; DONT KNOW ENOUGH TO FIX THE THING. AND ITS BEEN HELL TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIGURE THE PROBLEM OUT. SO I HOPE SOME ONE WILL READ THIS LETTER AND DECIDE THAT THEY DONT WANT TO GO THRU THE CRAP AND BELITTLEMENT THAT MY FAMILY HAS TO ENDURE. IM SURE ILL RECIEVE VENDICATION ONCE THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL FINISHES WITH SEARS.
