I thought I was getting a good deal on a tool set as a gift for my son - until the shipment arrived and I discovered that they omitted the big, expensive, heavy tool set from the shipping box! It is inconceivable that they wouldn’t notice that this 30lb item was missing from the box! A smaller item was also missing (this might have fell out of the box due to their poor packaging), plus I received a really nice bottle of Bissell carpet cleaner instead of the item I had actually ordered and paid for - how thoughtful!

I’ve tried numerous times over the past 2 weeks to get some help from their customer service - to no avail.  Their computer systems are always down, their phone lines are always busy, or it "isn’t their department".

I was robbed by sears.com. Then repeatedly disrepected by their customer service. I won’t let it happen again.
